Hubert Straßl〔His name, in German, is spelled with a "sharp S"; see ß.〕 (24 May 1918 – 8 July 1943) was a German ''Luftwaffe'' fighter ace and recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross during World War II. He was credited with 67 aerial victories—that is, 67 aerial combat encounters resulting in the destruction of the enemy aircraft—in 221 missions.
